Spring Construction Updates: From Townhouses to Waterfronts

Waterfront vista

Out in Mattituck, we’re breaking ground on a waterfront property featuring a detached four-car garage that brings both function and visual balance to the front of the home. Shoreline conditions here add complexity—requiring thoughtful erosion control and stabilization strategies throughout the design process.

Townhouse reno

On the Upper East Side, construction has started on a townhouse renovation that includes a new basement level for expanded utility space. Out back, the yard is being transformed with a matching brick wall with integrated lighting, a spa under a pergola, and a sunken outdoor kitchen. Completion is expected in Spring 2026.

Historic upgrades

In Roslyn, we’re entering the final phase of a project at a historic home. The design includes new masonry walkways, a large outdoor dining area, and a resurfaced driveway with improved stormwater drainage. This spring, we’ll oversee the installation of the planting, lighting, and irrigation systems to bring it all together.
